Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete delivery process for strategic professional services projects, which include space reservation systems, intranet infrastructure implementations, and digital signage solutions.

• Create and oversee project charters, scopes of work, timelines, budgets, risk management logs, and stakeholder communication plans from the kickoff phase all the way through to go-live.

• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams – including Solution Architects, Business Consultants, and partner vendors – to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting client expectations.

• Proactively recognize and address project risks, escalating as necessary while maintaining client trust throughout the engagement.

• Facilitate project retrospectives and post-implementation evaluations to gather insights and enhance delivery methodologies.

• Assist in executive-level discovery sessions and workshops to understand client business goals, operational challenges, and technological landscapes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in workplace technology, SaaS implementation, enterprise IT, or management consulting.

• A proven history of leading and executing complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong consultative abilities – adept at conducting discovery sessions, assessing client needs, and converting them into practical strategies and recommendations.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills; comfortable interacting with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and end users.

• Demonstrated expertise in change management principles and fostering successful user adoption of enterprise platforms.

• Capable of functioning both as a strategic advisor and a hands-on project executor, adapting to the specific needs of each engagement.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and client engagements concurrently.
