This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of projects, which includes the development and management of the Project Management Plan, integrated schedule, and risk register.
• Organize and lead project kickoff meetings, regular status updates, and stakeholder briefings.
• Manage a diverse team comprising public health, health informatics, process improvement, technical writing, and training experts.
• Guarantee the successful and timely completion of all contractual deliverables, including systems analyses, workflow documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across IHS Headquarters, Area Offices, and Service Units.
• Supervise quality assurance processes, internal evaluations, resolution of comments, and integration of Government feedback.
• Act as the primary liaison for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Recognize project risks, track progress, and apply strategies to maintain the project’s timeline and scope.
• A Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in managing complex projects in healthcare, public health, health IT, or quality improvement.
• Proven track record in managing project schedules, stakeholder engagement, deliverables, budgets, and quality assurance.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Experience the convenience of a fully remote consulting engagement.
