This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for intricate implementation projects, monitoring progress relative to milestones and making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including Implementation Specialists, Data Migration & Integration Specialists, and Deployment Specialists, to synchronize work efforts and schedules.
• Oversee project scope and change management, identifying and addressing scope deviations in partnership with technical and client stakeholders.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and issues, keeping action logs and escalating when appropriate.
• Lead project status meetings, steering committee updates, and governance forums with both internal and client stakeholders.
• Manage project financials, including budget oversight, invoicing milestones, and revenue recognition processes.
• Assist in client relationship management throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring that expectations are clearly established and fulfilled.
• Contribute to the enhancement of project management tools, templates, and processes utilized by the implementation team.
• Perform additional related tasks as assigned to support team goals and overall organizational priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in managing complex software implementation projects, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven capability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience overseeing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations for enterprise-level implementations.
• A background in public safety, government technology, or mission-critical enterprise software is highly preferred.
• PMP or an equivalent project management certification is required.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed based on project requirements.
