This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage large-scale projects valued in the millions from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with specifications.
• Facilitate daily project execution by proactively overseeing schedules, setting priorities, mitigating risks, and resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess project advancement, validate quality standards, and ensure consistency with project goals and timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, installers, project coordinators, and CAD teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Design and manage installation plans, project timelines, and execution strategies in collaboration with field teams and subcontractors.
• Organize shipping logistics, material planning, and project resources to facilitate efficient and timely project completion.
• Oversee changes in project scope and change orders, guaranteeing accurate documentation, approvals, communication, and implementation.
• Create and upkeep comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, milestone tracking, risk management plans, status reports, and project updates.
• Provide consistent communication and updates to internal leadership and clients regarding project progress, milestones, risks, and resolution strategies.
• Lead collaboration efforts across various teams, locations, and time zones to ensure alignment and accountability during all project phases.
• Develop and manage phased project plans as required to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
• Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Willingness and capacity to travel extensively (up to 80%+) to project sites throughout the U.S.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Capability to work effectively within complex organizations and engage multiple stakeholder groups.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with robust problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Experience in managing project reporting, documentation, scheduling, and risk mitigation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage several priorities at once.
