• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

• A recognized project management certification (PRINCE2, AgilePM, APM PMQ, or similar)

• 2–5 years of experience in a healthtech startup environment

• Proficient in collaborating across product, engineering, and commercial teams

• Experience in implementing new technologies within a healthcare context

• Strong abilities in project planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation

• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences
