This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects in accordance with project management methodologies.
• Oversee and direct the delivery of projects from inception to completion.
• Convey project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Establish and manage project expectations effectively.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Identify and address issues within the project team promptly.
• Recognize and manage project dependencies and the critical path.
• Organize and schedule project timelines and milestones accordingly.
• Create and present progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Handle changes in project scope and develop contingency plans as necessary.
• Define criteria for project success and communicate them to all parties involved.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and compile a recommendations report.
• A Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in a technical or healthcare field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Alternatively, 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare or business, particularly in managing IT projects or technology deployments.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or in the process of obtaining it.
• At least 2 years of prior work experience in project support with similar roles and/or training, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
