This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Self-organization and information management.
• Communication with internal and external departments.
• Ensuring project health through risk, time, budget, and quality control.
• Development and continuous updating of project planning.
• Active risk mitigation with the production team.
• Planning, moderating, and evaluating project ceremonies and their outcomes.
• Leadership role in all project phases to ensure efficient workflows.
• Ensuring that phases from conception through development to release and subsequent support are conducted on time and in accordance with internal processes.
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in game development or a related industry.
• Self-organized and dynamic personality.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Scrum/Kanban), waterfall planning, and common project management tools.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and other project management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong risk management capabilities.
• Leadership skills with experience in team management and employee development.
• Outstanding communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
