Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of medium to large-scale projects

• Ensure that project activities adhere to company policies, contractual obligations, technical specifications, quality standards, health, safety, and environmental regulations, along with cost/profitability goals and timelines

• Guarantee adherence to execution best practices and ABB guidelines

• Proactively manage risk mitigation strategies

• Track and control project financials, including invoicing status, expenses, costs, and cash flow

• Implement contract and claims management in line with ABB policies and contractual agreements

• Serve as the primary customer liaison and escalation point for project-related issues

• Foster and maintain robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Communicate efficiently with all relevant parties

• Lead project team members to fulfill project requirements, deliver agreed-upon outputs, and achieve committed project outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing)

• Experience in the electrification sector

• Over 7 years of Project Management experience in the manufacturing industry

• Understanding of financial principles and contract management

• Familiarity with PMI and Project Management Tools

• Knowledge of SAP

• Proficient in English (advanced level required)

• Willingness to travel up to 60% nationally and internationally

• Valid USA VISA (preferred)
