This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate coordination of activities among various financial divisions, ensuring alignment of priorities for execution.
• Maintain oversight of workflows, risks, milestones, and dependencies for leadership visibility.
• Lead planning sessions across divisions and ensure effective communication is maintained.
• Assist in audit preparations and major reviews by aligning data and deliverables accordingly.
• Identify bottlenecks, delays, and gaps in coordination within workflows.
• Analyze issues leveraging data and system reports, recommend solutions, and monitor the progress of resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues and evaluate impacts across divisions.
• Support the implementation of corrective actions and process enhancements.
• Develop dashboards and reports that highlight performance trends, workload distribution, and essential metrics.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to aid leadership decision-making and ensure audit readiness.
• Ensure data integrity while creating automated reporting tools.
• Identify processes that can benefit from automation or AI-driven improvements.
• Document current workflows and suggest improvements for future states.
• Recommend AI tools and assist in the design and testing of automation pilots.
• Track AI opportunities and support workforce preparedness in compliance with federal standards.
• Map workflows, recommend standardized procedures, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and documentation.
• Integrate Power Apps, SharePoint workflows, and automation to minimize manual efforts.
• Act as a central point for coordinating initiatives, policy updates, audits, and modernization efforts.
• Facilitate working groups and meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through.
• Consolidate inputs from divisions for enterprise reporting, modernization, and audit requirements.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, briefings, memos, risk summaries, and operational updates.
• Support leadership engagements and strategic reviews by providing clear, actionable insights.
• A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is necessary.
• Proficient in data analytics, dashboard creation, visualization, workflow mapping, and operational insights.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps is essential.
• Experience in developing automated dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools is required.
• Ability to identify and document use cases for AI and automation, including process mapping, future-state designs, and pilot development.
• Understanding of federal process improvement, cross-functional operations, and compliance requirements is necessary.
• Familiarity with FBMS, S4HANA, SharePoint, and data integration across large organizations is preferred.
• Proven experience in standardizing workflows, developing SOPs, and fostering continuous improvement in a federal or large enterprise context.
• Strong skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, risk management, and resolving complex multi-division issues.
• Ability to work independently across multiple divisions while managing competing priorities and cross-agency initiatives.
• Excellent writing, communication, and executive briefing abilities are required.
• Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, memos, and presentations for senior leadership is essential.
• Proven experience in facilitating working groups, cross-functional meetings, and liaison activities with contracting officers, financial specialists, and system administrators.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes with a focus on detail.
• Experience supporting audit readiness, modernization efforts, and AI integration in a federal or enterprise setting.
• Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or passport for commercial travel.
• Must also have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
• A broadband internet connection with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed is required for remote work; some positions may necessitate 200-300 Mbps download and 25-35 Mbps upload.
• Cellular hotspots or fixed wireless cellular services cannot be utilized as the primary internet connection.
