EBS Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the Project Manager/Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams.

• Oversee and coordinate one or several projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to scope, and staying within budget.

• Establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables as outlined in the Statement of Work.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.

• Manage and maintain the Project Budget Tracker/Burn Sheet.

• Assemble project teams, delegate tasks, and oversee resource management.

• Promote collaboration and effective communication among team members.

• Identify potential risks and formulate mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Report project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.

• Ensure that deliverables adhere to required quality standards and implement quality-control measures.

• Prepare and deliver project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

• Follow the appropriate internal and external escalation procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management (the posting specifies 5 to 10 years).

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Manager.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects involving cross-functional teams.

• Preferred experience in software development, IT, or technology-related projects.

• Familiarity with project risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

• Experience in carrying out quality reviews and executing corrective actions.

• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc.

• Prior experience in IT sectors and with ERP and/or CRM technology platforms.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong skills in project leadership, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, problem-solving, escalation management, and quality assurance.
