Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee project planning and complete execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Engineering, Design, QA, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support to achieve successful project results.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans that detail tasks, dependencies, milestones, risks, and delivery schedules.

• Monitor progress across various workstreams, identify obstacles, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.

• Ensure effective resource allocation and balance workloads across teams and vendors.

• Conduct regular status meetings, sprint reviews, and stakeholder updates, providing clear reports on progress, risks, and subsequent actions.

• Implement and uphold best practices in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early and formulating mitigation and contingency strategies.

• Promote continuous process enhancements to improve operational efficiency, delivery speed, and collaboration across teams.

• Maintain thorough project documentation, including project charters, risk logs, sprint reports, and post-mortem/retrospective insights.

• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure all projects adhere to US sweepstakes regulations, platform requirements, and industry standards.

• Assist with integration involving third-party vendors, payment processors, fraud-prevention tools, and sweepstakes-specific systems.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance throughout all project teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in online gaming, sweepstakes, fintech, or other regulated digital sectors.

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or various other project management methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment with stringent deadlines.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, design, marketing, operations, and compliance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-focused approach.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory.

• Highly organized with remarkable attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities.

• Practical experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with US sweepstakes regulations, responsible gaming standards, fraud-prevention practices, or digital compliance frameworks is a significant advantage.
