📋 Description

• Comprehensive Project Leadership from start to finish.

• Strategic Planning: Create detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Direct projects involving various teams (Creative, Events, Content, Digital Marketing, and external agencies) to ensure milestone synchronization and smooth execution.

• Budget Management & Profitability: Oversee project budgets and resource distributions to guarantee financial viability and health.

• Performance Monitoring: Utilize data-driven methodologies and tools, such as Asana, to track project advancement, enhance workflows, and derive insights on everything from department-wide plans to team resource allocation and individual workloads.

• Creative Production & Digital Implementation.

• Creative Workflow Management: Supervise timelines for creative production (video, graphics, assets), guiding the process from initial brief and concept to final approval.

• Integrated Campaigns: Create cohesive digital workflows to ensure the effective integration of all program channels and touchpoints, thereby maximizing the impact of multichannel campaigns and ongoing audience engagement.

• Governance & PMO Excellence.

• Risk Management: Identify and document project risks; proactively formulate mitigation strategies and escalate obstacles to PMO leadership.

• Process Enhancement: Actively participate in the development of PMO workflows, templates, and best practices for agencies.

• Quality Assurance & Brand Standards: Ensure that all deliverables comply with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and internal quality metrics.

• Continuous Improvement: Facilitate "post-mortem" retrospectives to capture lessons learned and implement insights into future project cycles.

• Asana Platform Governance: Act as the divisional administrator for Asana; manage workspace structure, user permissions/onboarding, and create standardized project templates for recurring marketing workflows.

• Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain Asana rules, forms, and tech stack integrations (e.g., Slack, Google Drive) to minimize manual tasks and streamline cross-functional transitions.

• Team Empowerment: Create Asana best-practice documentation ("Team Playbook") and serve as the internal expert to onboard and train the team on new features.

• Asana Documentation Oversight: Write and maintain essential process documentation within Asana, such as the "Marketer's Guide," "PMO's Guide," and "Agency Team's Guide," to ensure cross-functional alignment and standardized digital workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Over 5 years of project management experience, specifically in marketing campaigns, events, and creative production. Agency experience is highly desirable.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience. PMP or equivalent certification is a considerable advantage.

• Technical Expertise: Advanced/Expert-level understanding of Asana, including experience as a platform or team administrator (developing templates, rules, reporting, and portfolios); familiarity with CMS platforms, digital asset management, and creative production workflows.

• Global Coordination: Proven experience managing international or remote teams across different time zones.
