Project Manager – AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete project management process for AI and machine learning solution implementations

• Establish project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in accordance with business goals

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders

• Track project progress, manage risks, and execute mitigation strategies

• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Provide project status updates and results to executive leadership and clients

• Ensure that AI solution implementations adhere to quality standards, budget constraints, and deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally in AI, technology, or software environments

• Demonstrated expertise in managing complete project lifecycles using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data platforms, or enterprise technology solutions

• Preferred certifications include PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master (CSM)

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

• Availability to work some evenings and/or Saturdays

• Willingness to travel as necessary for this role
