Project Manager – Agile, Scrum

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Planning and management of project timelines.

• Organizing and overseeing sprint activities.

• Creating a Burndown chart and establishing a daily tracking plan for 10 stories with 2 team members.

• Facilitating project ceremonies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of project management experience, with a total professional experience exceeding 10 years.

• Certified in SCRUM/Agile methodologies (CSM/SaFe Agilist).

• At least 4 years of experience as a SCRUM Master and AGILE Practitioner.

• PMP certification is a beneficial addition.

• Experience with global project rollouts across different geographies.

• Skilled in project planning.

• Proficient in sprint planning and management.

• Capability to prepare Burndown charts and devise daily tracking plans for 10 stories involving 2 people.

• Experience in managing project ceremonies.

• An Agile Coach certification would be advantageous.

• Competency in risk management.

• Expertise in stakeholder management.

• Experience in leading a team of 20 or more members.
