Project Manager – Agile Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Manage all facets of the transformation program lifecycle.

• Create and sustain program roadmaps, project schedules, workflows, guidelines, and resource materials.

• Deliver comprehensive analysis and reporting of program-level performance.

• Monitor, track, and oversee program financials, timelines, quality, and milestone achievements.

• Coordinate and conduct program-level reviews and retrospectives.

• Implement effective risk management through the identification, escalation, mitigation, and resolution of risks.

• Independently execute program initiatives.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

• Actively seek out opportunities, provide suggestions, and promote enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Agile Certification.

• Over 3 years of project management and LLM implementation experience within the localization sector.
