Project Manager – Agentic AI SaaS Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery process across Engineering, AI, DevOps, QA, and Product teams.

• Take ownership of deadlines, dependencies, risks, and escalation processes.

• Address urgent issues promptly to avoid surprises.

• Provide mentorship to teams and uphold accountability standards.

• Actively seek additional resources when project delivery is at risk.

• Exhibit strong communication skills with stakeholders and executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated project management experience in AI, complex SaaS, or cloud-native environments.

• Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, or equivalent tools.

• Knowledge of SOC, ISO 27001, and IT governance principles.

• A scale-up mindset, or a corporate background paired with a strong desire to transition from the corporate sector.
