This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee assigned projects to fulfill customer programs, expectations, and align with BRPH’s Mission and Vision.
• Comprehend project scope, objectives, constraints, and customer expectations.
• Engage with customers, design teams, construction administration teams, contractors, and agencies.
• Formulate project scopes of work.
• Draft project proposals, contracts, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and Division I specifications.
• Organize projects, encompassing activities, schedules, milestones, and cost forecasts.
• Set, communicate, manage, and oversee project budgets.
• Request staff allocations and guide firm staff and consultants.
• Coordinate projects, teams, and customers while ensuring quality, profitability, reputation, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement project risk management strategies.
• Mentor and inspire team members alongside technical leads.
• Preserve project documentation, files, records, and project databases.
• Support project controls and accounting with invoicing and accounts payable processes.
• Foster customer satisfaction and aid marketing initiatives.
• Ensure project quality and participate in Quality Control Review sessions.
• Supervise the designated Project Control Specialist.
• Conduct site visits as necessary to assess and report on progress, attend meetings, review RFIs, prepare ASIs and PRs, and compile status/progress reports.
• Assist in supervising, coordinating, and verifying work.
• Facilitate project closeout activities and documentation.
• A minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a Construction-related discipline from an accredited four-year institution.
• At least five years of relevant experience in the essential duties and responsibilities outlined.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
• Must hold a professional engineer or architect license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Capability to independently manage intricate, non-routine assignments and apply sound judgment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, design teams, contractors, agencies, staff, and consultants.
• Competence to perform necessary visual tasks, including close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
