Project Manager – ADC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive program plans that encompass development candidate (DC) selection through to IND-enabling activities.

• Organize and facilitate core team and sub-team meetings; ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.

• Identify critical paths, key risks, and decision points; proactively manage trade-offs to uphold timelines.

• Collaborate with external partners and collaborators to guarantee adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Maintain transparent communication regarding program status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders and governance bodies.

• Monitor progress against milestones including DC nomination, GLP tox initiation/completion, CMC readiness, and IND submission.

• Ensure that dependencies across functions are recognized and managed effectively.

• Demonstrated capability to manage intricate, cross-functional projects with competing priorities.

• Work alongside project leaders to establish teams, develop essential documents, set timelines and budgets, and align project tactics with strategic objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS, Master's, or PharmD in oncology, cell biology, or a related field.

• Experience with antibody drug conjugates is **strongly** preferred.

• Proven experience managing oncology biologics programs from development candidate to IND stage and/or beyond within a biotech or pharma setting.

• Familiarity with fast-paced startup biotech environments is strongly preferred.

• 5-10+ years of research experience in either Oncology or Inflammation disease areas.

• 5-10+ years of demonstrated project management experience supporting research programs in the biopharmaceutical or biotech industry.

• 2+ years of managerial experience directly overseeing personnel and/or leadership experience directing teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
