Project Manager – 3D, Tech Art

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Project Management: Ensure that the planning, setup, progress, timeline, expenses, and documentation of multiple projects remain on track.

• Delivery: Guarantee that project deliveries are timely, of high quality, and provide value.

• Clarity: Facilitate smooth and effective communication and information flow throughout the projects.

• Scheduling: Assist in scheduling and planning for our artists, ensuring they are engaged with one project at all times.

• Artist Management: Monitor the artists' deliverables and responsibilities.

• General Support: Provide assistance to both artists and clients during the project lifecycle.

• Client Relationship: Establish and maintain a robust, trusting, and long-term partnership with clients.

• Optimization: Execute and enhance current processes, methods, approaches, workflows, tool utilization, and pipelines.

• Resource Management: Manage and balance the available project resources effectively.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to achieve successful solutions.

• Quality: Contribute to maintaining the team's quality of work.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3D & Tech Art: Comprehensive understanding of the 3D and tech art pipeline and workflow.

• Proficiency in Related Tools: Expertise in software such as Maya, Zbrush, Unreal, and Unity.

• Good-to-Know: Familiarity with Blender, Perforce, GitHub, Revision Control, Photoshop, Substance Painter, etc.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of direct experience managing 3D and tech art projects.

• Self Leadership: Proactively seek to understand and meet expectations independently.

• Detail-Oriented: Strong accuracy in documentation and task management.

• Organization: Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets.

• Documentation: Experience in creating routines and guidelines.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
