Project Manager – 3 Months Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the delivery of web and app development projects.

• Oversee sprint planning, execution, and completion in collaboration with Development and QA teams.

• Ensure timely completion of sprints while minimizing spillover into subsequent cycles.

• Clarify scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria for all projects.

• Keep delivery momentum on track across multiple workstreams.

• Actively identify risks and potential obstacles in project execution.

• Escalate issues early along with proposed mitigation strategies.

• Analyze the root causes of delays and facilitate their resolution.

• Monitor and manage dependencies across teams.

• Lead status calls with clients and facilitate delivery discussions.

• Provide structured updates and reports on project progress.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including alignment on entry and exit criteria.

• Manage the tracking and prioritization of support tickets.

• Maintain professional and clear communication with enterprise clients.

• Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to ensure feasible planning and execution.

• Possess a sufficient understanding of technical discussions to challenge timelines and clarify dependencies.

• Convert technical progress into easily understandable communication for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in digital project management, specifically in web and app delivery.

• Proven experience managing Development and QA teams in Agile or hybrid settings.

• Strong general technical knowledge, with the capability to participate in and follow technical discussions.

• Experience working with demanding or enterprise-level clients.

• A strong ownership mindset, with a successful history of driving delivery results.
