Project Manager 3 – Federal Government

📋 Description

• Oversee activation service level agreements (SLAs) and project delivery schedules

• Recognize, escalate, and address risks that may affect installation schedules

• Foster accountability among cross-functional teams

• Serve as a subject matter expert to facilitate performance enhancements

• Assist in the lifecycle activities of network infrastructure

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

• 5-7 years of pertinent work experience

• Strong knowledge of workflow management systems and Ethernet products

• Ability to independently analyze and solve complex issues

• Exceptional customer experience skills

• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
