This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure visibility across ongoing projects and key priorities within the Director General's Office portfolio.
• Organize weekly project review sessions and maintain trackers for actions and decisions.
• Oversee deadlines, follow up with project leaders, and monitor dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Create dashboards, progress reports, briefing notes, agendas, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
• Assist in the development of the WWF International Strategic Plan and the Network Working Group on Roadmap 2030.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, interviews, consultations, and governance discussions.
• Coordinate with workstream leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Detect emerging risks, delays, or bottlenecks and escalate issues as necessary.
• Keep strategic-planning documentation organized, updated, and easily accessible.
• Coordinate stakeholder contributions and support engagement activities.
• Maintain databases, trackers, calendars, filing systems, document version control, and project records.
• Provide temporary project management, coordination, and strategic support to the Special Advisor to the Director General.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, executive support, administration, or a related field.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously across various projects.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional written communication and editing skills in English.
• High proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Planner.
• Excellent project tracking and follow-through abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while closely coordinating with colleagues.
• Sound judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
