Project Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as a project manager in the fields of products, IT, and mobile payment services.

• Oversee the tasks executed by the team handling BLIK projects.

• Ensure proper execution and quality of projects undertaken.

• Assist with the implementations conducted by partners.

• Aid partners in resolving issues identified prior to and after the service launch.

• Coordinate projects and initiatives alongside both internal and external project teams.

• Organize business and functional specifications for the products and services being implemented.

• Manage the coordination of development and certification testing.

• Quick learning ability and eagerness to acquire new knowledge.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Independence and strong organizational skills in work.

• Well-developed analytical and process-oriented thinking abilities.

• Capability to identify business needs and effectively manage priorities.

• At least a good understanding of the mobile payment or mobile banking sector.

• University degree (or a final-year student).

• Proficient knowledge of English.

• Experience in projects related to the launch of new products (advantageous).

• Background in project management within the finance and banking sector (advantageous).

• Experience in IT-level project management (advantageous).

• Excellent command of the English language (advantageous).

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (advantageous).
