Project Management Principles, Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Delivering a 2-hour session on either Monday or Tuesday.

• Addressing student inquiries via email within 6 hours following lectures.

• Providing subject matter expertise to a cohort of 30-35 undergraduate online students.

• Assisting in developing skills such as academic writing, research, and time management.

• Offering guidance on pertinent reference materials.

• Evaluating assessments and providing comprehensive feedback.

• Overseeing discussion forums.

• Delivering proactive, timely, and personalized assistance for student inquiries and challenges.

• Engaging with students through email, calls, or online sessions from their preferred locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project management.

• In-depth understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

• Familiarity with Agile and traditional approaches, as well as PMBOK and PRINCE2 frameworks.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Preference for candidates with PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certifications.

• Minimum of 2 years of corporate experience and 2 years of teaching experience in relevant disciplines.

• Proficient in English with exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Must have a functional laptop and stable high-speed internet connection (over 10 MBPS).

• Capability to quickly learn and utilize technology platforms for student interaction.
