Project Management – Pharmacovigilance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist with large-scale outsourcing initiatives.

• Oversee, track, and prepare project controlling and reporting activities.

• Monitor budget variances and notify the Customer Success Manager.

• Manage program-related projects within the PLx Time Tracking & Accounting System.

• Aid in the onboarding and offboarding processes for resources as directed.

• Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A professional degree in Sciences or Economics.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly with advanced Excel skills.

• Experience with ERP, project management, and database systems.

• Fundamental understanding or knowledge in pharmacovigilance.
