This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the daily implementation of Project Chorus, ensuring that cross-functional workstreams remain on schedule.
• Organize collaborative communication strategies with partners, ensuring consistency among stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Serve as a primary operational contact for partners, facilitating approval processes for shared materials and communications.
• Manage project tracking systems, workflows, status reports, and activation timelines across various stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation and coordination of communication materials, including drafts for social media, messaging contributions, and assets for partners.
• Aid in the preparation and management of event-related activities, encompassing briefings, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and on-site readiness as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, partner managers, communication stakeholders, and agencies to ensure exceptional execution.
• Evaluate and manage localized or AI-optimized content to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and product standards.
• Proactively identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and gaps, driving independent solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting to enhance visibility, scalability, and seamless execution across partner phases.
• Experience in project management, partner marketing, communications, operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in supporting external communications, social media content, executive messaging, or partner-oriented campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to introduce structure to ambiguous or shifting scenarios.
• A proactive approach with a sense of ownership, high autonomy, and reliable follow-through.
• Experience in supporting projects with significant event components, activations, or campaign implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Comfort in collaborating across cross-functional teams and navigating complex approval processes.
