Project Management Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Manage project and program management workstreams, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Provide daily technical oversight to the Project Management team.

• Ensure compliance with best practices to achieve project success.

• Guide and mentor the project management staff.

• Establish and communicate a clear vision for the department and the organization.

• Coordinate, implement, execute, control, and successfully finalize regionally assigned programs and projects.

• Align projects with the company's strategic objectives, commitments, and goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project efficiency, allocate resources effectively, and manage risks.

• Identify and resolve project-related issues while implementing solutions to meet milestones and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Proven extensive experience in a clinical laboratory setting within a CRO, biopharmaceutical company, or a similar organization.

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, overseeing phase II & III clinical studies.

• Strong leadership capabilities with previous experience in mentoring, supervising, or leading teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 35%).
