Project Management Lead – SAP Utilities, AMS, CCS BIL Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of projects, programs, and AMS services pertaining to SAP Utilities / CCS BIL;

• Coordinate the processing of tickets, incidents, problems, continuous improvements, and rollout projects within the Billing domain;

• Track KPIs, priorities, deadlines, risks, and the quality of deliveries;

• Ensure governance of processes associated with CCS BIL, which includes:

• - Billing engine and tariff application;

• - Periodic billing scenarios;

• - Interim billing;

• - Processes related to the Meter-to-Cash cycle;

• - Integrations with FI-CA;

• Act as the main point of contact between the utility's business stakeholders and both onshore and offshore technical teams;

• Align requirements, priorities, and expectations across all involved areas;

• Foster collaboration among functional, technical, and business teams;

• Supervise the execution of activities, identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement;

• Ensure the implementation of best practices in governance as well as in service and project management;

• Assist in decision-making and the resolution of critical issues related to Billing deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing IT projects, programs, or services;

• Familiarity with SAP Utilities environments;

• Knowledge and experience in SAP CCS BIL – Billing;

• Experience with AMS (Application Management Services), including support and evolution of SAP systems;

• Understanding of Meter-to-Cash processes;

• Experience in managing incidents, problems, enhancements, and projects/rollouts;

• Knowledge of billing processes and integration with FI-CA;

• Experience in managing and collaborating with technical and functional teams;

• Capability to serve as a liaison between business, vendors, and technical teams;

• Leadership qualities with strong organizational, communication, and priority-management skills.

• Differentials:

• Experience in SAP projects for electric utilities, water/wastewater, or gas companies;

• Experience working with both onshore and offshore teams;

• Experience in large AMS operations;

• Knowledge of regulatory processes and specifics in the utilities sector;

• Certifications or education in project management, service management, or SAP.
