Project Management Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assisting in the planning, coordination, and implementation of clinical trials

• Ensuring proper study setup, system management, and thorough documentation

• Serving as the primary point of contact for study teams

• Facilitating communication, providing operational support, and ensuring compliance with clinical trial protocols

• Granting the study team access to necessary systems and tools

• Maintaining and updating study data in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS)

• Assisting Project Managers (PM) and Clinical Research Managers (CRM) with vendor management tasks

• Overseeing mass communications to sites and clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline

• Prior experience in clinical research

• Knowledge of CTMS systems and clinical trial processes (GCP)

• Strong organizational and documentation skills with a keen attention to detail

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
