This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the service lifecycle and operational processes for our client based in the US.

• Schedule and input specific job information and technical directives into the system.

• Reach out to customers to reschedule appointments, provide updates regarding parts orders, or address any pending follow-up requirements.

• Continuously maintain and update customer records in ServiceTitan in real-time.

• Collaborate with suppliers to monitor material orders and delivery schedules.

• Contact the Point of Contact (POC) after a job is marked as 'Completed' to confirm work quality and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure all completion details are accurately recorded prior to closing the file.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator, Service Operations Specialist, Logistics Coordinator, or in any position requiring high-volume coordination, customer success, or intricate data management.

• Proficiency in CRM systems (ServiceTitan preferred) and advanced expertise in Google Workspace/Microsoft Excel for tracking and project documentation.

• Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, especially for professional customer service and internal reporting.

• Ability to think critically, solve problems independently, and manage time efficiently.

• Must be adaptable, willing to take on new responsibilities, and adhere to detailed procedures.

• Capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Strong AI prompting skills using tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, MS Copilot, or Claude.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while under pressure.

• High level of professionalism and discretion.

• Organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented team player.


🏝️ Benefits

• In accordance with Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations, professional fees for self-employed individuals are subject to a 5% or 10% Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT).

• No benefits are provided for Freelancers during the evaluation period.

• Potential benefits may include paid sick leave, paid vacation leave, HMO health insurance, and 13th month pay.
