• Oversee and maintain the Business Partner’s calendar effectively.
• Organize, reply to, and manage emails on behalf of the Business Partner.
• Undertake diverse administrative, clerical, and operational duties.
• Carry out daily administrative tasks within company systems.
• Assist with project-related activities without being responsible for project management.
• Ensure smooth progress of tasks through effective administrative follow-up.
• Experience ranging from Junior to Senior Level.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Strong proficiency in calendar management.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with Go High Level, Job Trend, and Google Chat.
• Understanding of general administrative tools.
