This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Ensure patient payments are collected promptly and accurately.
• Oversee, investigate, and resolve issues related to credit card declines.
• Keep payment methods on file accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate patient laboratory schedules, including 30-, 90-, and 180-day testing intervals.
• Examine electronic medical records (EMR) to identify necessary laboratory tests.
• Generate and process lab requisitions through specified laboratory portals.
• Dispatch completed lab requisitions to patients according to set workflows.
• Monitor and process patient refill requests with precision and efficiency.
• Implement recurring administrative workflows within the GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM.
• Maintain organized records and documentation while managing protected health information (PHI).
• Assist in revenue cycle management and healthcare administrative processes.
• Engage proactively with team members and remain responsive during designated work hours.
• Experience in bookkeeping with proven accuracy in managing financial data.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience working for a U.S.-based organization.
• Capability to maintain a consistent work schedule aligned with U.S. business hours.
• Strong computer skills and confidence in executing repetitive administrative tasks with high accuracy.
• Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
• Ability to adhere to established processes and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience in revenue cycle management, payment processing, accounts reconciliation, or financial administration is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare administration, medical office support, telemedicine, EMR, or HIPAA-compliant environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in managing recurring deadlines and workflows.
