📋 Description

• As the Project Lead in the Performance Department (performance marketing), your role will involve enhancing team stability by providing mentorship, training, and development support to your direct manager and team members.

• You will leverage your strategic expertise to foster sustainable project growth, ensuring the long-term success of performance marketing initiatives.

• Your contributions will focus on leading diverse projects autonomously to a high-quality standard, prioritizing testing and innovative problem-solving while maintaining client success where applicable and guiding others in the process.

• You will embody Thrive's standards for client success through effective daily communication, agile problem-solving, project management, and anticipating client needs.

• You will be responsible for training and developing team members to become world-class performance marketers, adhering to Thrive's standards of quality and impact to support the growth of the company's performance expertise.

• You will take proactive steps to be a key influencer and innovator, aiding Thrive in enhancing our products and services while aligning individual contributions with broader team or program objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• You have successfully executed, maintained, and scaled performance marketing accounts with a monthly media spend of $100k-200k USD, achieving a consistently positive ROI across various platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, Programmatic Platforms, TikTok, Twitter, Spotify, and others.

• You possess experience in directly collaborating with and supporting team members to meet project and team objectives. You have previously coached, mentored, or trained individuals to help them achieve their career development aspirations.

• You have advanced analytical capabilities and experience utilizing data visualization tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms to extract, sort, analyze, and derive insights from ad platforms, analytics, and/or business intelligence tools. You have previously built your own dashboards or automated manual reporting for efficiency.

• You’ve managed performance media across a variety of business verticals and sizes (ecommerce, lead generation, etc.), and have taken responsibility for leading projects from start to finish, including delegating tasks to junior team members.

• You have effectively managed and nurtured client relationships through weekly meetings and asynchronous communication, making strategic recommendations that contributed to their business growth during quarterly planning sessions or similar engagements.
