Project Lead – Consultant Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from inception to completion.

• Help define the project's scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution.

• Serve as a liaison for the team and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

• Identify potential risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and maintain documentation.

• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and quality standards.

• Contribute to improvements in processes and best practices.

• Assist in gathering requirements and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.

• Guarantee the timely delivery of project milestones and high-quality results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in consulting or a related field.

• Prior experience in project management or project coordination roles.

• Experience with IT projects (for example, CRM, digital, or system implementation projects).

• Experience in the Consumer Goods (CG) industry is a significant advantage.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.

• Capability to work in international and remote settings.

• Proficiency in English.

• Multilingual skills are highly valued (German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.).

• Additional language skills are considered a plus (German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.).
