This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of various projects, ensuring they adhere to safety, quality, and performance standards, while achieving financial goals within budget and time constraints.

• Enhance relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration, and act as the primary contact for customers, especially when challenges arise beyond the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager level.

• Direct project teams towards excellence by establishing clear objectives, providing constructive feedback, encouraging professional development, and ensuring all necessary documentation and meetings are completed.

• Supervise financial management tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable and receivable processes, and change order management, while tracking project metrics and KPIs for informed decision-making.

• Negotiate with stakeholders and address project challenges to guarantee successful project completion, ensuring all parties understand and comply with contractual obligations.

• Mentor and train project management personnel, cultivating a learning environment that aligns with NexGen's vision, core values, and mission statement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution, along with 6 years of experience, or 11 years of construction-related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve project success through effective planning, design, and execution, with proven leadership in managing large, diverse teams and multi-regional projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with construction project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and CMIC.

• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of leading teams, negotiating effectively, and building productive relationships with stakeholders and team members.

• Advanced analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, complemented by a strong aptitude for problem-solving, efficient resource planning, and effective project scheduling.

• High attention to detail and a strong dedication to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement throughout all project phases.

• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, particularly in mechanical construction, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve potential project issues.
