Project Executive I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and nurture effective relationships with customers and the community.

• Carry out essential customer service visits from the pre-construction phase through to project completion.

• Review proposals and engage actively in the Request for Proposal process.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding assigned projects.

• Assist in business development efforts while sustaining customer relationships.

• Provide oversight and accountability for significant projects.

• Administer contracts, including managing terms, change requests, and invoices.

• Oversee project budgets, costs, and pricing to ensure profitable execution.

• Offer leadership, mentorship, and performance management for the project team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management, or a related field.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management overseeing large-scale projects.

• Demonstrated capability to manage responsibilities from development through to project closeout for multiple complex projects.

• Strong attention to detail necessary for organizing and managing various project tasks.

• Basic knowledge of construction law and widely accepted business practices.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and relevant web applications.

• A proven track record of maintaining a positive, professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.

• Ability to interpret and convey Mortenson policies effectively.

• A valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
