This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of various projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, performance standards, and financial objectives within budgetary and timeline limits.

• Enhance relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaborative partnerships.

• Direct project teams towards achieving excellence by establishing clear objectives, providing constructive feedback, encouraging professional development, and ensuring the completion of vital documentation and meetings.

• Supervise financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable and receivable processes, and change order management.

• Implement and oversee comprehensive risk management strategies, ensuring that all potential project risks are identified, evaluated, mitigated, and communicated effectively.

• Guarantee thorough project documentation, from initial startup meetings to detailed project health assessments.

• Negotiate with stakeholders to overcome project obstacles, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

• Mentor and train project management personnel, cultivating an environment conducive to learning and professional growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Senior Project Management role (or equivalent).

• Proven track record of achieving project success through proficient planning, design, and execution.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing large, diverse teams and overseeing multi-regional projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with construction project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and CMIC.

• Outstanding communication skills, adept at leading teams, negotiating effectively, and building productive relationships with stakeholders and team members.

• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time.

• Advanced analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and a high commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, particularly in concrete construction.
