This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze incoming opportunities to assess their compatibility with the company's operational framework.
• Evaluate the suitability of projects in relation to DIRTT system capabilities.
• Review project complexity, clarity of scope, and associated risk factors.
• Identify potential margin risks early during the pursuit phase.
• Determine if opportunities satisfy Revenue Quality Index (RQI) criteria.
• Work collaboratively with sales teams to refine project opportunities.
• Offer initial guidance on the feasibility of solutions and approaches.
• Outline margin and execution structure before the detailed development of solutions commences.
• Set target margin expectations for prospective opportunities.
• Develop high-level strategic solutions for opportunities.
• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8–12+ years of experience in architectural systems, interior construction, prefabrication, engineering, or technical sales environments.
• Proven experience in assessing complex project opportunities, solution viability, and execution risks.
• Experience in cross-functional settings that include sales, engineering, estimating, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of construction project delivery models, including scope development, project sequencing, and installation strategies.
• Ability to assess technical feasibility, operational compatibility, and margin considerations of potential projects.
• Familiarity with estimating, costing, and margin management principles.
• Capability to identify execution risks and gaps in construction scope early in the pursuit process.
