This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Support the Project Manager with ongoing modifications, challenges, and project requirements throughout the entire job lifecycle.
• Work alongside the Project Manager and Superintendent to uphold the overall and three-week project schedules.
• Validate Issued for Construction (IFC) plans, quantities, and assumptions, and manage contract adjustments based on drawings and field conditions.
• Prepare, monitor, and reconcile change orders and contract adjustments.
• Compile, prepare, submit, track, and secure approval for submittals.
• Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs), track them, and ensure prompt resolution.
• Assist with sourcing and procuring materials.
• Support updates for One-Call and coordinate dig permits.
• Oversee pre-construction, progress, and as-built GPS topographic surveys.
• Compare GPS models with actual figures to compute and verify quantities.
• Organize survey data into actionable project tracking and verification information.
• Conduct UAV operations as necessary.
• Assist with layout, surveying, and material quantity take-offs.
• Maintain project logs, which include quantity logs, submittal logs, and RFI logs.
• Help facilitate progress meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• 1–3 years of experience in civil construction; internship experience may be taken into account.
• Strong grasp of civil construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Magnet/Topcon Office is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Acumatica, Primavera P6, MS Project, Microsoft 365, or similar tools is favored but not essential.
• FAA Part 107 Drone License is required, or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Must be willing to travel full-time.
