This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Confirms expectations with clients before, during, and after the completion of projects.

• Regularly surpasses customer expectations while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Efficiently manages multiple projects through all stages of development.

• Capable of working autonomously under pressure, organizing and prioritizing workloads, and advancing several projects to completion with minimal guidance.

• Able to assess options, anticipate consequences, and exercise sound judgment.

• Acts as a communication bridge between field technicians, department leaders, governmental entities, and clients.

• Utilizes independent judgment to address and resolve all inquiries, questions, and complaints.

• Takes initiative to complete projects on schedule.

• Reviews and supervises completed plans and project documentation to ensure accuracy.

• Oversees equipment production to maintain product quality.

• Consistently meets overall project deadlines promptly.

• Fosters trust and confidence with contractors and the Project Management Team.

• Assists in managing multiple subcontractors across various states.

• Identifies and cultivates business relationships with new subcontractors.

• Drives sales and profitability through proficient and effective project execution.

• Understands principles and methodologies for showcasing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategies, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients both verbally and in writing.

• Maintains composure when addressing upset or angry customers and listens to their concerns/questions.

• Positive, enthusiastic, and energetic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Must possess a Mac computer and be proficient with the Apple software ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).

• Proven capability to navigate all phases of project development, from sales proposals and design to project completion and closure.

• Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience and proficiency in Salesforce.

• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership in all tasks.

• Ability to closely collaborate with team members on a diverse range of projects.

• Prepares accurate paperwork in a timely manner.

• Engages in marketing activities and business development initiatives.

• Experience in the Solar industry.
