This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Validates expectations with clients before, during, and after the completion of projects.
• Consistently surpasses customer expectations while delivering exceptional service.
• Effectively manages multiple projects through all stages of development.
• Capable of working independently under pressure, organizing and prioritizing tasks, and advancing several projects towards completion with minimal guidance.
• Acts as a liaison among field technicians, departmental management, government agencies, and clients.
• Proactively ensures timely completion of projects.
• Reviews and supervises completed plans and project documentation for accuracy.
• Monitors equipment production to maintain product integrity.
• Fosters trust and confidence with contractors and the Project Management Team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong dedication to providing the highest level of customer service.
• Positive, outgoing, and energetic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Must possess a Mac computer and be proficient with the Apple software ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
• Proven capability to operate in all phases of project development, from sales proposals and design to project completion and closeout.
• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity and proficiency with Salesforce.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership in all tasks assigned.
• Ability to closely collaborate with team members on a diverse range of projects.
