This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Project Coordinator team, ensuring effective workload management and resource distribution.
• Assess team capacity and distribute workloads according to business priorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate project delivery and resource planning.
• Lead recruitment efforts and actively contribute to team expansion as the organization grows.
• Develop and manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for team members.
• Identify growth opportunities within the team and promote continuous learning initiatives.
• Create, document, and standardize operational processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Enhance team performance through process optimization, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Monitor quality benchmarks and implement strategies to boost efficiency and consistency.
• Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing, and accountable team culture.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in operations, project coordination, customer success, delivery coordination, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated experience in managing or leading a team, including recruitment, onboarding, and everyday people management.
• Strong organizational capabilities and a process-driven mindset.
• Experience in a SaaS, technology, or startup environment.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects proactively.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Genuine interest in modern technologies, especially AI and automation.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Preferred: Experience with distributed or international teams.
• Familiarity with automation tools or AI productivity solutions.
• Experience in workforce planning, resource allocation, or capacity management.
