📋 Description

• Oversees overnight operations in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

• Accountable for real-time management, decision-making, and coordination of simultaneous operational tasks.

• Acts as the main escalation and command point during overnight activities.

• Manages and optimizes resources by tracking performance and offering feedback.

• Ensures that execution remains consistent with established schedules and service expectations.

• Addresses complex challenges involving internal teams, partners, and field resources.

• Makes prompt decisions that weigh schedule, quality, and risk factors.

• Performs shift-level quality assessments and guarantees smooth transitions.

• Willingness to work overnight shifts consistently.
