This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist PMO Team Members by overseeing project documentation, monitoring progress, and ensuring the smooth execution of operational tasks for all assigned engagements.
• Operational tasks may encompass various responsibilities, including:
• Aid in the creation and dissemination of project status reports, burndown charts, and other pertinent project metrics to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Support the coordination and facilitation of internal project meetings, document important discussions, and monitor action items.
• Manage and uphold project information within AHEAD’s project management tools and systems, which include but are not limited to – ServiceNow SPM, Salesforce PSA.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of both billable and non-billable projects, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are adhered to.
• Facilitate documentation and communication processes with internal teams and clients as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with global teams to enhance project administration and implement process improvements.
• Contribute to internal resource management initiatives, ensuring the efficient allocation of team members across various projects.
• Assist in project closure tasks, including the handover of documentation and the reporting of lessons learned.
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or an administrative support role.
• Strong organizational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, ServiceNow, MS Project, or similar).
• Experience in generating reports to monitor progress and performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on the English language.
• Capability to collaborate with global teams and operate effectively across different time zones.
• Keen attention to detail, prioritizing accuracy in reporting and documentation.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Observability Solutions, IT Service Management (ITSM), Agile, or DevOps methodologies is an advantage.
