Project Coordinator – Rehab Homes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish robust working relationships with Community Managers, vendors, and internal teams, including titling, revenue, vendor management, and inventory.

• Oversee Rehab Portfolio activities throughout all project phases - initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.

• Collaborate with Community Managers to ensure project deadlines are met.

• Identify and highlight bottlenecks that could jeopardize timelines or budgets.

• Infuse energy into the planning phase of special projects, brainstorming solutions before challenges escalate into roadblocks.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance project coordination processes.

• Suggest improvements to documentation review workflows and tools.

• Develop job aids that simplify daily tasks for the team.

• Keep abreast of renovation costs and best practices across various markets.

• Assist Community Managers and vendors in navigating permitting issues across different municipalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field — or a high school diploma with 3+ years of experience in construction or renovation.

• Proven experience in coordinating construction, renovation, or capital improvement projects; experience in manufactured housing is advantageous.

• Proficient in project management software.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of renovation best practices.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Project coordination or construction-related certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record.
