This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver effective project management (PM) and oversee the development of assigned projects/programs.
• This position offers scheduling, meeting logistics, and documentation support for the Student Data Program during the project manager's maternity leave.
• It functions as a coordination role, without decision-making authority or project oversight responsibilities.
• Organize and coordinate both recurring and ad hoc meetings throughout the program, prioritizing App team meetings such as pilot and testing setup sessions, build check-ins, and stakeholder feedback sessions.
• Provide coordination assistance for Governance and Model project meetings as required.
• Monitor pilot participant logistics, including National Staff Orientation dates, survey distribution timing, attendees, and the distribution of recordings and notes.
• Maintain an ongoing log of open items, decisions, and action owners identified in meetings to facilitate a smooth transition back to the returning project manager.
• Be a growing disciple of Jesus Christ, nurturing a love for God, His Word, His diverse people, and His purposes in the world.
• Embrace lifelong learning and value the discipleship of the mind, particularly by staying informed on project management, process improvement, and business practices in ministry.
• Actively supervise the Teams channel, tracking inquiries and ensuring responses are effectively communicated.
• Develop and manage projects as assigned, including the coordination of project work with staff, leaders, and external consultants.
• Keep a continuous log of open items, decisions, and action owners highlighted in meetings to support a smooth transition back to the returning project manager.
• Prepare documents and manage content effectively.
• Regularly report metrics and project tracking data to the PMO.
• Attend meetings within the functional department as well as interdepartmental meetings in the wider InterVarsity community when requested.
• Foster a high level of collaboration with team members or leaders across different functions.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with national policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Serve as a Project Management ambassador within the organization, consistently seeking opportunities to learn PM best practices.
• Senior roles will mentor other project management staff.
