This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• The Project Coordinator II is responsible for planning and coordinating various aspects of internal projects from their inception to completion.

• Projects frequently include network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, as well as PC deployment and similar tasks.

• Handles assignments that present moderate difficulty, requiring sound judgment to address challenges.

• Requires some guidance on new tasks and minimal oversight on daily responsibilities.

• Collects and maintains project requirement documentation.

• Delivers weekly updates on project progress, including updates on action items.

• Organizes and coordinates project reviews and ensures follow-up on assigned tasks.

• Communicates project status effectively and accurately to the team.

• Maintains and oversees project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures.

• Aids in identifying project issues, determining the appropriate team member to provide solutions, and/or escalating problems to the client manager.

• Participates in organizing, attending, and engaging in stakeholder meetings.

• Records and follows up on significant actions and decisions made during meetings.

• Collaborates with various regional teams responsible for project resources and ticket resolution.

• Assists in the daily monitoring of the ticketing system, reallocating tickets as necessary.

• Generates regular reports as required.

• Helps identify trends or recurring issues, escalating them to management for resolution.

• Aids in identifying and defining new opportunities for process improvement.

• Develops and maintains knowledge and skills while staying updated with new processes and procedures.

• Works closely with SDMs/Project Managers to understand and address their analytical needs, including assisting in identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and providing actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Ability to establish productive internal and external working relationships.

• Exercises judgment within established procedures and practices to determine the proper course of action.

• Flexibility is essential, as the role requires both office and remote work, along with a willingness to occasionally adjust work hours to collaborate with regional colleagues.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Prior experience with ticketing systems and/or project management systems.

• Understanding of or previous experience in a technology-driven environment.

• Proactive attitude and reliability are crucial.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

• Possesses good judgment, as well as problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional decorum.
