Project Coordinator I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of Phase I clinical trials, which includes studies at external sites.

• Develop and sustain essential study documents, such as project plans, communication strategies, and risk management registers.

• Monitor timelines, milestones, and overall study progress.

• Lead and assist in study meetings, ensuring agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions are well documented.

• Oversee the CTMS and eTMF systems, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.

• Serve as a primary contact for both internal teams and external study sites.

• Assist with feasibility assessments, start-up procedures, and vendor coordination.

• Engage in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

• Provide mentorship to junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in life sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 2–3 years of experience in clinical research.

• Familiarity with project management or study coordination support.

• Understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical trial processes.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Must reside in the United States.

• No sponsorship available.

• Capability to access and utilize both in-house and commercially available software.

• Consistent and regular attendance is required.

• Flexibility in working hours may be necessary.

• Willingness to perform occasional site visits and travel domestically and internationally.

• Ability to remain stationary for 6–8 hours each day.

• Capacity to lift and carry weights between 15–20 lbs.
