
Project Coordinator β Field Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Implement and oversee quality control, safety, and environmental initiatives.
β’ Conduct quantity surveying, perform quantity assessments, and manage system entries.
β’ Coordinate field specifics, carry out site inspections, and communicate with field subcontractors.
β’ Support site inspectors with their reporting responsibilities.
β’ Establish and manage filing systems, document control, and maintain daily communication with site superintendents.
β’ Document daily construction activities and create photographic records.
β’ Generate daily site reports, labor reports, and cost analysis reports.
β’ Facilitate the procurement of materials in collaboration with the Project Manager.
β’ Share information with subcontractors and internal teams.
β’ Maintain updated as-built drawings, budgets, and cost projections.
β’ Engage in post-project evaluations with key staff.
β’ Post-secondary education: Diploma or BSc Degree in Engineering, Construction Coordination, or Forestry is advantageous.
β’ Candidates must possess a valid Class 5 Driverβs License and be authorized to work in Canada.
β’ Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities.
β’ Proficient written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment (Engineering, Purchasing, Estimating, Construction, etc.).
β’ Customer-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on quality and prioritization.
β’ Outstanding attention to detail and precision.
β’ Proficient in technical applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
