This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiates projects within Client and/or Company project management systems, ensuring all necessary project documentation is included.
• Updates the progress of projects and significant milestone dates in Client and/or Company project management systems.
• Takes the lead or assists in creating, distributing, and monitoring Contracts, Purchase Orders, and Change Orders for subcontractors/suppliers.
• Keeps project documentation organized and up-to-date throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Confirms and oversees payments to contractors and vendors during the construction phase.
• Responsible for obtaining, coordinating, and submitting owner-required close-out documentation for project completion and final contractor/supplier payments.
• Compiles and disseminates reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensures confidentiality regarding sensitive or proprietary information on behalf of the project team.
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience in retail, restaurant, or multi-site construction projects.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel and adept in email management with Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with Smartsheets is highly preferred.
